GoatPad

A simple freeform notepad

GoatPad is a simple program for creating and managing free-form notes that are immediately available, without you having to worry about saving or storing the file. GoatPad stores all of it's notes as standard RTFD documents (the same format TextEdit uses) which means even if you lose the program you will still be able to retrieve your notes.

While the OS X market appeared to be already saturated with note pad applications, GoatPad proved itself to be such a useful no-frills solution amongst friends and work colleagues that we decided that some in the public may also find it helpful.
